Ben Allen, President of Downtown Jackson Partners, provides guidance to the Board of Directors and leadership to the staff while promoting Downtown real estate development opportunities to the general public and investment community.
John Gomez, Associate Director, ensures that information regarding all Downtown activities and opportunities are clearly articulated to both the general public and the investment community.
Linda Brune, Executive Assistant, ensures that the Downtown Jackson Partners’ office is run efficiently while presenting a positive and helpful public image.
Strategic Partnerships
Downtown Jackson Partners contracts with two organizations that are critical to the area’s clean and safe program.
The Wackenhut Corporation provides Certified Protection Officers who act as safety-guides and ambassadors in addition to providing 24-hour security for the Business Improvement District. Major Turhan Gushiniere oversees fifteen officers operating from the Downtown Jackson Partners office.
Donnie Boykin Landscaping provides a team of landscaping and maintenance experts who guarantee that Downtowners find the streets litter free every morning. Donnie Boykin oversees seven crewmembers.
