Marketing and Event Assistance
Downtown Jackson Partners has developed promotional vehicles for Downtown events, happenings and opportunities. Each week almost 1,000 businesses receive the IT’S DOWNTOWN email newsletter. Press events are regularly coordinated to promote business relocations, expansions and additions. Marketing information targeted toward the real estate community, lenders, potential tenants and investors has been designed. Downtown Jackson Partners has also created guides to assist residents and visitors to Downtown Jackson, like a Points of Interest Map, Development Projects Map and the Speak Up for Downtown campaign.
Today a wealth of long-standing special events like Mal’s St. Paddy’s Day Parade, the Farish Street Festival and Jubilee Jam continue to call Downtown home. Downtown Jackson Partners has assisted other events such as Jacktoberfest and Celebration of Lights to establish themselves in the area.
